"Guilty until proven innocent"

... you won't be proven innocent.

This is a topic that hits home for me because I've been directly affected by it. The idea behind retraining/protective orders is a good one - protect victims of domestic violence. But some toxic women use these orders as a weapon in divorce and custody proceedings to make a man appear violent or a danger to a woman or children. Judges hand these out rather easily and without conclusive evidence of a violent act being committed. The standard of evidence and adherance to due process is almost non existant.

It is doubted that these orders even prevent domestic violence (the purpose of these orders). Many realize that these orders offer toxic women a means to use the courts to abuse men.

Watch and learn about "the other side" of restrining orders.
