Do you find it hard to remember rsync commands? I do. But rsync is a useful tool. Wouldn't it be great if there was a GUI program that takes control of rsync and allows you to use rsync without knowing all of the commands options?

There is such a program.

Grsync is a GUI interface for rsync that runs on Linux, Windows, and Mac OSX.

Installing it on Ubuntu is simply easy by typing sudo apt-get install grsync at a terminal. Almost as easily, it can be installed from the software center.
