Camcorderinfo.com has a review of the Japanese model (the HDC-TM750) which is functionally equivalent to the HDC-SDT750. The only difference between the two is that the TM750 includes built-in flash memory. The Panasonic HDC-SDT750 should be available in the United States in October, which makes it just in time for the Christmas season.
