Dexpot is a program I downloaded because I wanted virtual desktops on my Windows 7 PC. Later I wanted to download something that would allow me to keep one window about all others.

 I found nothing I liked.

That's when I learned that Dexpot has an "always on top" feature built right in.

That's right. Once your have Dexpot installed on your Windows PC, you can right click on the title bar of any window and using the Dexpot menu which comes up, click on "always on top" and the window will stay above all others.
