Today began the change to daylight savings time where I live. As normal, my computer and my phone automatically updated to the correct time. But my Mi Band 4 did not update the correct time.

I fixed it though. And I'll show you how.

First of all, I tried syncing the band's data from within the Mi Fit app. That didn't work. It only updated my biometric data.

What did work to get the time updated on my mi Band 4 was the following easy procedure.

Step 1: Unpair the band

Simply go into the Mi Fit app and unfair the band. You can do this by first opening the Mi Fit app and then clicking the "profile" button.

Next, notice where it says "My devices" and underneath that, click on the name of your band.

Now scroll all of the way down to the bottom of the screen that follows the previous step and click on the "Unpair" button. This will unpair your band and you will be asked to confirm whether you want to unpair the band.

Once you have unpaired the band, then pair the band by going back to the "profile" section of the Mi Fit app and clicking the "Add device" button and following the resulting prompts to add your Mi Band 4.

After following the above steps your Mi Band should sync with your phone & show the correct time.
