I'm trying out Host1free. So far it looks pretty good. You can run Wordpress, Drupal, and TYPO3 on it. I don't see any problems with it so far. They use the Directadmin control panel rather than cPanel. Try them out.

(Edit: I'm retracting my endorsement for host1free. My site hosted at host1free is unavailable. The whole server seems to be down. This does not indicate good things to come.)
