I was searching for some alternatives to the Wen cleansing conditioning product and I learned about co-washing, which is quite simply washing with conditioners.

Many people have many things to say about co-washing and here's a google search on "co-washing" if you're interested.

Also, the following video gives a nice overview of co-washing from the perspective of a woman who has long hair and who is thus concerned about the cost of paying for the relatively expensive Wen product.

I'm very much interested in seeing if this co-washing thing is a viable alternative to Wen's expensive product.
