    Yahoo domain transfer takes 5 to 9 days



     
    I've recently learned that it's a hassle to transfer a domain from Yahoo to another register.

    I initiated a transfer of a domain from Yahoo to a more suitable registar and it's been taking a long time.

    Reviewing the article How do I transfer my domain to a new registrar?  I discovered that domain transfers away from Yahoo don't go very quick.

    With regards to transfers away from Yahoo, the article says, "The transfer should be complete in five to nine days."

    5 to 9 days?
