Install Foxmarks by going to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2410 and following the instructions.

After installing Foxmarks, restart your Firefox browser and a setup wizard should appear which will guide you through setting up synchronization.

If the wizard doesn't start, you may need to enable the Foxmarks extension from Tools->Addons, and then enable Foxmarks.
