With rgnewsce, tt_news becomes much less restricted.
Wheras with tt_news by it self you are allowed to enter a header, a subheader, and some news text, there's many more options for content entry and display with rgnewsce.
With rgnewsce, in addition to the regular header and subheader fields, you can include any number of content elements to be displayed in your news articles.
Another thing that is really cool is that you can insert the tt_news plugin directly into a tt_news article, like this:
